I am very happy to write about this African product, as good as it is. A friend from the Ivory coast invited me for lunch at his flat in London. 10min from the office. He had previously promissed to make me discover a special food from his country: Attieke (spelt A-tea-AK). Within 15 minutes of getting to his flat, I was offered this fantastic dish of attieke, mixted with salad and fish soup on the side. WOw! the taste is something else. It looks like couscous (actually called cassava couscous). The taske is nothing like couscous. For under £7 we both had something really nice. When I got back to the office....my boss was gone. to have some attieke?
Actually no. He got the sack!
